Owner Access Portals
April 25, 2018

Coventry Group is now offering Owner Access portals (see the new link in the sidebar) to allow you to access your association account details. From the portal, you can view your current account balance, check your payment history, pay your assessments online, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

If we have your email address on file, an email was sent to you with your confirmation code. If you need a confirmation code, please email our office manager. Include your name, community name, property address within the community and your email address. We need ALL of this information to verify each homeowner. To learn your way around the new owner access, please see the Owner Access Introduction.

 
2018 Board Meetings

The 2018 Board Meetings are set for the following dates at 5:00 pm– at the Office of Coventry Group located at 2045 Valley Avenue Suite 100, Winchester VA 22601

May 18th,  June 8th August 10th, November 16th

2018 Annual Meeting of the HOA
January 18, 2018

The Annual HOA Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 8:00 pm at the Offices of Coventry Group.

All homeowners in good standing are welcome and encouraged to attend.

 
Watch for School Busses and Children!
August 17, 2017

As Summer comes to a close our children are headed back to school;  Please be on the lookout.  School buses will be coming through our Community and we need to be appropriately cautious.  We owe it to our children to keep them safe!

Spring/Summer Reminders 2017

As Spring and Summer 2017 roll in, it is time to take a look at the condition of our Community.

During a recent neighborhood walk through inspection a few items were obvious that need some attention in order to maintain our Community’s pleasant appearance as well as increase our property values.

Coventry Group has been tasked with periodic inspections at which point Violation letters will be sent out. This is just a friendly reminder.

The main items to focus on are:

* Trash cans need to be out of view except for days of pick-up

* Lawns need to be mowed and front yards to be kept uncluttered and well maintained, including shrubs and bushes

* If you are planning major work including decks and/or fences and painting please be sure to complete and submit the ARC form found under Documents/Architecture Change Request Form

* No boats, trailers or recreational vehicles are to be parked or stored on any lot except in a garage

* Please clean up after your pets. Leash laws are enforced. Please call Frederick County Animal Control 540 662 6162 for dogs that are not on a leash or outside their respective lot.

Holiday Trash Pickup

The Holiday pickup for trash will be changed from their Monday pickups for Christmas and New Years to Tuesday December 27 & Tuesday January 3

New Parking Policy Resolution
January 18, 2016

Effect January 9th, 2016, The Copperfield HOA has a new Parking Policy that can be found here.

Association residents are prohibited from parking in the visitor spaces positioned in front of the units except when work at their home may necessitate temporary use of this common area parking space. Each unit has been assigned two spaces as close to their unit as is possible. The intended spaces for residents’ vehicles are numbered. All vehicles owned, over (2), by residents can be parked in the overflow section of parking across from lots 25 through 35,  parked along Brookland Lane at your own risk, or stored offsite…

Any vehicle that is found to be in violation of the above restrictions will have a warning sticker/notice placed on the vehicle to be followed by towing at the owner’s expense if necessary. If a vehicle has been previously tagged with a towing sticker, it may be subject to immediate towing if it is found once again to be in violation of these restrictions.
