The next HOA Board meeting is scheduled for February 29th at 6:30 pm. All are welcome to attend the board meetings and these take place at the Coventry Group Office at 302 W. Boscawen St. in downtown Winchester. If you are interested in attending, please contact Mark Schloemer at 540-535-0816.

Karin Williams has joined the Coventry Group team as an administrative assistant. She will be handling many aspects of community management including accounts payable and receivable. She is an integral part of keeping the business running smoothly. Please join us in welcoming Karin to your community.
New Mailing Address and Fax Number For Your HOA
Coventry Group moved their office to downtown Winchester last year. All correspondence including payments should be sent to:
302 W. Boscawen Street, Suite 3B
Winchester, VA 22601
Any correspondence sent to the old P.O. Box may no longer be forwarded to the new address. If you have your bank drafting funds directly from your account, please make sure the mailing address is correct so there will not be a delay in payment deposits.
Additionally, the fax number has changed to 540-301-5143.

In order to meet our 2012 budget, dues were increased 5.4% to $822.00 per year. Quarterly payments are now $205.50. The 2012 Budget can be found here on the documents tab. We continue to monitor our expenses and keep them as low as possible.

The budget will be reviewed, a discussion on possible dues increase and vote as needed, and new officers will be nominated and elected provided quorum numbers are met.
Please come out and get involved with the HOA community. We need as many homeowners as we can get to make our community function at it’s best. We look forward to seeing you there!
